Terms of Service for Luv Ink. / Herding Cats Rehearsal Management System

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services offered by Luv Ink., including the Herding Cats Rehearsal Management System, associated Google Drive Apps Scripts, professional development workshops, and digital downloads ("Services"). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Products and Materials

All materials provided by Luv Ink.—including downloadable files, templates, slides, scripts, and modules—are copyrighted and intended for individual use by the purchaser only.

You may not:

  • Share or redistribute purchased materials with others who have not purchased a license.

  • Resell, republish, or post any portion of the materials online or in public repositories.

  • Modify materials and share them as your own work.

You may:

  • Customize materials to meet the needs of your own classroom or production.

  • Share editable copies with your students only for educational purposes.

2. Ownership and Licensing

Purchasing a product gives you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials. Luv Ink. retains all ownership and intellectual property rights.

3. Google Apps Script Usage

Our Google Apps Scripts help automate the process of copying materials into your Google Drive. By using these scripts, you:

  • Acknowledge that you are granting permission only for script execution to copy files into your Drive.

  • Understand that these scripts do not store or view your private files or data.

  • If you are uncomfortable with using these scripts, email us at luvink002@gmail.com for alternate access methods.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. However, if you experience issues accessing your materials, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Professional Development Participation

By enrolling in a Herding Cats professional development workshop, you agree to participate respectfully and uphold the shared learning environment. Materials provided during PD are also protected under these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luv Ink is not responsible for any misuse of the materials or scripts. Users are responsible for reviewing permissions and ensuring use within their organizational guidelines.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
